I think he would be impressed. You don't know how to shoot a gun?:p My cousins hub let me shoot his rifle eons ago, knocked me on my a$$. Personally, I don't even own a gun.

I hear you there. My mom grew up on a farm and had uncles & brothers use them. I have no idea if my mom/grandmom, etc. used them. Never asked. Yes, they are scary, but cuz's hub let me shoot across a ravine in the country and it literally knocked me over. That was 15 yrs ago and have never picked up one since.

I live near the city and that's all we hear is criminals, etc. Don't even watch teh news anymore, but do read the front & the opinion section of the newspaper. I skip right over the criminal crap.

It's about time you city folk turn on the dang heat. Had snow in my neck of the woods on Wednesday Morning and how pretty it was on the pine trees. I never put my shorts away wear them all year round.

Yeah you should see it down in the city...people are going crazy over the gear, everybody's wearing red & white. I remember one year they put a phillies cap on the top of the William Penn statue on top of City Hall.

I find myself in a strange flux between two strange places.

I've a week left of the real world then I'll ship out again. Hoss did such a good job of maintining the place while I was gone that there isnt much to do, Ive taken care of all my business arrangements again, I've visited all my family or they have come here to visit and Im kind of idle... I dotn usually like idle, but I'm finding at this point in the flux I like just relaxing.

I think Im sick...

I have to change that since the We Bleed Green team dropped out of the Scavenger Hunt today....it got too political and ugly so we dumped the game. Feeling much better.

She wasn't on our team. If you look in the Scavenger Hunt thread first page, you'll see who our team members were. It was fun and a lot of head banging over the answers but then it got ugly and we all dropped out.
