If you watch the movie Open Range the character Kevin Costner plays is me through and through. My wife watched it with me and she just about cried in places. After she just said that the riters muts have studied me. Im partial to that character.

It's a great movie to.

I have lusted this man for decades! posters in my office, one of Open Range and one of Field of Dreams, his band is coming to Toronto next year, will I be seeing his concert?

I really enjoyed For Love of the Game, that was a shocker for me, I was flipping around one night and caught it, at first I thought it was just another chick flick, the developing story line and the back drop of the importance of the game and a shut out was a really cool way to tell the story, I was really impressed.

And to think, nobody got killed in the whole movie and I still liked it! :yh_rotfl

:wah::wah: well hey there handsome! :wah:

you know what i hated about that movie though?

that announcer through the whole thing, 40 years old arm achy and weary! over and over again! :-5 it really got on my nerves maybe because of being 40 myself i don't know! :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl

I hear ya, Im 43 and feelin all of it some days. I recently got my BP and cholesterol fixed but I got some injuries that really cause some pain once in a while. I just gut it out anymore, they have given me loads of pain pills but they cause more problems than they solve.

i've been really lucky no medications of any sort until i was expecting Jacob, my blood pressure went up and after he was born the doctor said it wasn't going down like she wanted so now i'm on blood pressure medication!

i can't take much pain medication either, just a little bit and i'm out like a light! :wah:

I found this good diet that I follow and it took my bp and cholesterol way down so no more meds for that.

yes, we must say Open Ranger for Jester, actually it was quite good, but as far as westerns go, Dances with Wolfves rates highest with me.

The Bodyguard was really great also, different type of story.

and when Whitney Houston sang, I will always love you......oh baby, Kevin looked especially good;)

Waterworld...............really sucked!

:wah: yeah Dances with Wolves was quite good, but i'm weird in that i hate it when there are animals in movies and they get killed! it ruins the whole movie for me! :( and in that one the horse and the wolf both get it in the end! :(

i'm just as weird about them in real life so you can imagine what a fit i gave my parents as a kid, living on a farm! :wah:
