Cheesy Tomato Penne Bake! YUMMY!

grilled chicken, broccoli salad, corn on the cob. and roasted potatoes.

I ate at Applebee's. Parmesan Chicken. Perfection!!!!:)

I boiled up some long grain rice and placed some whole cloves in with the rice to give the rice an aeromatic quality.

Outstanding ! That should be a good way to prepare any fish ? Orange Roughy ? What type of pan do you use when cooking fish ? What about marinading as above then grilling except without the breading ?
