Southern yankee is my dear friend, she has been through so much this year with the devastion of a hurricane, her family forced to have to leave their home, returning home only to find sheer destruction.

She is one of the best people here......she is the kind that never asks for anything, she has a heart of gold.

She truly and deeply cares for her friends, and does everything in her power to always help them, no matter what is going on in her own life.

Please Santa, just bring her peace and contentment this Christmas.

outside stuff, we had ours going since our first snowfall as week ago, sure looks pretty outside.......we have two polar bears that lite up and move their heads up and down.....and lites on the roof and railing of the porch.

My cheapo candy canes don't lite up, but I've got everything out of storage and ready to rock & roll on Friday afternoon.

I've never done them before but saw them in the Family Dollar store and grabbed all of them. I know I'm a little greedy:sneaky: and bought the light up Santa window things. I do love Christmas. Umm, I'll be right back.
