Change the law!! Pull the anchor!! It makes no sense and is not logical that a ILLEGAL ALIEN'S child born in this country is automatically a citizen. The present law opens the door to hundreds of thousands of children that will need to be educated and be potential recipients of different social welfare plans, placing a severe financial burden on a already faltering system. Bleeding Hearts feel differently of course.

My daughter was born in Germany in 1975. Both parents are Amercan citizens. Still, we had to go through the paperwork and the time to have her declared an American citizen.
The US has made it too easy for illegals, who have their children here, declared citizens.

How can you have a city, with over 400,000 illegal immigrants, and not have any proper law enforcement on it?
You may as well just open up the boarder because the immigration policy is a joke.
The way it is now, getting access to the US legally, is so difficult, that it is actually easier to enter illegally and work under the table.
People always take the path of least resistance, it is human nature.
It needs to be harder to be an illegal, than it is to be a legal, otherwise this issue will never go away.

The only problem with allowing all illegals citizenship is the fact they'd receive no social security...
One of three variables...
1. The gov sufficiently halts all border crossings, which will demand either a full scale deportation effort or to give all of those illegal immigrants citizenship without adequate social security, which would also provoke a nation wide "discrimination" s*** bath; All I can be 100% certain of given this circumstance would be the shear fact Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson will be setting up their cookout equipment in the parking lot
2. Social Security will be abolished altogether creating a nationwide wide s*** bath only with "Americans" playing along, or
3. The people bring about a vote to pay more taxes ending in a nationwide health insurance policy for all citizens which would give absolutely no incentive to pee and moan about illegal immigration because everyone would be treated the same,..well you know, other than rich kids crying like they're used to
