Come dessert-time, call me sugary - watch pour my face has gout. Two plates of resistance in my bush.
Hope that helps.

As serves, that do you suggest me to erase the taste of the dish of resistance of my mouth?
This is the literal translation, but it seems rather nasty and sexually suggestive to me.:p

I think it's a conspiracy, to be honest. If the bras don't stay put together properly, we have to continue to buy them. Sneaky bastards.

O.K. Lets get a few things strait. No, I do not like football, baseball or anything that includes a ball. I will watch auto racing if I am sick, which is not very often, I also do not like holidays but put with them because of my grandkids and wife. I think holidays are just a ploy for the mega companies to make lots of money from people, especially the ones who can't aford the extra. I am not against fishing, hunting, hiking or boating. So if I post anything that you think I take pleasure in . P L E A S E find me and kick me where I set. Thanks for listening.

SCROOGE
Keep Christmas in your own way, and let me
keep it in mine.
FRED
Keep it! But you don't keep it.
SCROOGE
Let me leave it alone, then. Much good may
it do you! Much good it has ever done you!
FRED
(casually)
I have always thought
of Christmas time, when it has come round
as a good time: a kind, forgiving,
charitable, pleasant time: the only time
I know of, in the long calendar of the year,
when men and women seem by one consent to
open their shut-up hearts freely, and to
think of people below them as if they really
were fellow-passengers to the grave, and not
another race of creatures bound on other
journeys. And therefore, uncle, though it
has never put a scrap of gold or silver in
my pocket, I believe that it has done me
good, and will do me good; and I say, God
bless it!
BR - now for the question...and congratulations on the longest running thread like this.
Do you believe that mankind is basically bad, and that only our laws keep us from annihilation and total anarchy.... or do you believe that mankind is basically good, and that, given the chance, people would rather be loving, kind, and generous?

This is an excellent, and very difficult question.
I believe that people are getting worse. I think that at one point, a long damn time ago, people were basically good. That's changing though. You see it every day, read about it in the papers, see it on the news and in world events. Even in our personal lives, we see how people are becoming more selfish, thoughtless, concerned only about themselves and what will get them ahead or have some benefit to them. The drive to succeed, to "keep up with the Jonses" and to get everything they can in this life at the expense of decency, kindness, compassion or respect is disturbing, and unfortunately obvious. I remember a time when it wasn't as bad, but I see it getting worse and worse as time goes on. I believe we are on our way to annihilation and anarchy. It will take generations for us to get there, but it's inevitable, in my mind.
