I drove up and down to PA twice, so my husband could stay at my in-laws while I was gone. I found out long distance drives are tiring!

are your pansies still alive?

because we never had the heat that kills them this year, mine grew over a foot tall, first time ever, then they just collapsed as they needed ties to hold them up.:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl

Oh my, what a great shopping trip. First an hour at the gym, then went into the mall in my tennies and no one was there! Went to 4 stores, went back to the gym to dress for outside, and I'm home! My shopping was done in less than an hour. :)

Well besides that awful 4 letter word that starts with s***......:wah:

I am writing alot this break, and exercising in anticipation of black belt testing. (I can see it being delayed, no one can go to class!)

I might get my summer plane tickets to see the grandson, have to think of something nice to look forward to today!

I should be able to do the required pushups, my arms are getting a workout.

Talk of cutting spring vacation short, tough luck, I already bought those plane tickets for a short visit to my grandson. I think we will get some days waivered.

There has to be 180 school days. They will either add the days at the end of the year, take them from spring break, or extend the school day. I like the last option if we have to do it.

okay, that's what I didn't understand, thank you for explaining.

Extending the school day does sound the best way to do it.

wow, you were absolutely right that snow blowers will not work when the snow is wet, I apologize.

This morning brought another 2 inches of snow, needles to say after several seconds the snow chute got filled up with tons of slush and the machine stopped.

what a mess trying to get all of it out.:-5

I used several pots of hot water and a broom.

I did it for a favor, they called me on vacation that a teacher was ill. I told them when I could do it-otherwise, I don't teach summer school. It took a week off my research time. :(

(and my husband thinks this is slick-no nurse, since it is for 4 hours. I told him the nurse would be returning in the fall-he has snitched alot of snacks the last two days!)

Oh, poor Chonsi. I wouldn't be happy to teach summer school. It's hard to say no though. I'm having yet another student teacher this fall for 5 months. You can't say no.
