I decided to watch the footie tonight, it was a very good match ! Man United showed Roma how to do it :wah: Footie that is Kay, before you say anything !!!

Chris and Andy went to play snooker tonight, and they went in Chris's little Reliant three wheeler car, just so I would not be worried about it outside here if yobs came by when Chris and Andy were out. Well Andy went outside the club door to have a quick smoke and noticed a yob walkin round the parked Reliant, which was across the road and about 50 yards away. Andy was at the top of a flight of steps and watched this yob go round the car, look in the windows, then disappear round the corner of a wall on this carpark. Andy was just about to go back into the club when he noticed the yob return with three or four others, and they proceeded to rock the Reliant ! Andy (my son) saw them and shouted 'OY' at the top of his bellow, and went tearing down these steps --- the others in the club heard Andy's bellow and dashed out as well, just in time to see the yobs high tailing it away and out of sight. Andy and Chris went to check the car was OK, Andy had murder in his heart, but fortunately there was no damage to the car. They went back to the club, quickly finished the frame and came away before the yobs returned. Shame that they had to come away an hour earlier than they needed to because of the low-life that seems to be on the increase all over the place. I wouldn't say that Andy was really furious - all he said to his Dad was

' If people are polite to me, I'll be polite back, but if they give me attitude I'll give them plastic surgery !!'

They thought the car would be safer down near the club !!:rolleyes:

Footie = Football (American Soccer)

Snooker is a very skillful indoor sport =

It is supposed to be played with two players, but if somebody like this fella get on the table and are really rockin' the opponent just doesn't get the chance to come to the table. You use the white ball to hit a red down one of the pockets, if this happens then you have to play a 'coloured' ball next, then if you pot the 'coloured' ball you go for a red again - it alternates till all the balls have been potted ! If a player misses potting a ball, then the opponent takes his turn ! -------->

The red ball scores 1 point and the coloured balls score different points e.g. Black ball is 7 points, pink is 6, blue is 5, brown is 4, green is 3 and yellow is 2.

When a colour is potted, it is brought back onto the table and put on it's 'spot', if a red ball is potted it stays off the table. If the white ball (the cue ball) is potted, this is a foul shot and gives the opponent a minimum of 4 points, and the opponent then takes his turn.
