I found out that gas/heating has gone up about 100% - and I'm always freezing, so I've used quite a bit of it. I'm forced to turn it off, and it's freezing at night. I don't want to even think about what our electric is going to be... and I just had to spend extra money on the cat because his old kennel had snap closures that attached the top half to the bottom, and I don't feel safe having him in there, carrying him around during the move across town. I put him in earlier and it snapped in two.

I hate spending money on things, but I did have a bit extra... so it wasn't too bad.

&Edit: My crappy 4+ year old computer just got a virus from one of my facebook friends (My finger slipped and I clicked a link that they posted... I really should just delete them because they're always getting viruses/spamming me) and I went to the local health market to get medicine and the prissy cashier gave me **** because I used a plastic grocery bag. (It's none of her business, but I do recycle them on a regular basis.) The trip cost me $33, and due to her rudeness I'll just order from a different company online.

Justice is done when people get a fair trial. Thank god I don't live somewhere that is all for an 'eye for an eye', ask no questions just do it, think about it after when it's too late.

Okay I have an extreme bug bear today ....I've been bursting to let it all out .

My dad had an operation...ten hours we all knew that it was going to be serious cause he's 74.

I'm hoping that I don't have to punch my eldest sister out just yet and I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that the MS she suffers has affected her brain......Two days before dads op she turns up to mum and dads house and insists that they put on their best clothes so she can take a picture of them.........Ummmmmm!!!! When I was told this I thought they were exagerating...Nah no one does that ....who would do such a thing ....no one in my family surely!!!

To get a handle on this situation at the hospital - contact the Chaplin at the Hospital. Chaplin has top authority.

Your Mother has all right & all say what transpires in this situation. The Chaplin will enforce all your Mothers wishes to keep peace within the facility & family.

Example - Chaplin requests you Sister to leave - she would have to leave & security will be called to escort her out.

Contact the Chaplin before the situation gets worse & with Sister's attitude it will get worse....

Been there - same scenario..

I don't think security or chaplain will be neccesary just yet ....We've inherited some pretty awsome 'disapproving looks' in our family lol lol lol lol I don't think she is strong willed ..just very stupid. but it gives us all an insight to behaviour that we all wonder about each other sometimes, and not before time too

The oldest sibling ranks over the other siblings, the oldest sibling has the authority to enforce rules to other siblings but she does not rank over your Mother.

Talk to the Chaplin now - you'll regret it - the assert older sister will not back down - she will not take rules, boundrys from any one, and does not have too.

There's nothing wrong in contacting the Chaplin for a visit on that ward - don't wait until it's too late.

Actually Patsy that's not the way it works here. Mum and dad just have to nominate someone to hold the reigns, they've nominated my other sis. Makes eldest sis pissed off ...That's why I'm going down to take over they are all very tired and mum said she didn't want me to leave. (mum and my sis are frightened that they may tell her to bugger off in not so polite a way) I'm no better than the others but I'm definately the least exhausted one and I can be more diplomatic.

My oldest sis has been doing some rather bazzarre things in the last couple of months that has left me speechless and others disgusted.

I'll talk to mum about the chaplain.....
