Well, I tried what you told me about not being able to sleep and getting up and reading, then trying to sleep again...I found an old political book that was boring as all hell since it has nothing to do with todays politics...I'd get so tired, turn out the lights, and boing! my eyes popped wide open again. I did this on and off til 6am when I finally was able to go to sleep! I guess I'll keep trying it, maybe I'll get the hang of it. It's like as soon as the lights were off, the reality of everything kept flooding back...:-5:-5:-5
