Not here, well ok we got half a day of snow (believe me I was very happy, even for a few hours!) but most days lately aren't too cold just wet, infact as I speak the sun has just come out.

the wetaher is weird at the moment, it was actually all gone by teatime! and the saturday before we woke up to a covering of snow and i thought oh footy must be cancelled then, but oh noooooo there was no snow at all at the venue which is only a ten to fifteen minute drive away:-2:rolleyes:

I know what you mean. My gran who lives about half an hour away always seems to get completely different weather than us. For example, when we got a small covering of snow, she got LOADS!! I think someone is just taking the mickey personally!!

im well and truely in the dog house this afternoon

i just cant manage a trip to the beach today, so the dog is under the bed........... sulking:rolleyes:

we keep getting very sharp showers and apart from that im tired.

This morning i decided to make some tuna pasta for my sons bait for work tonight. I just got back in from walking the dog (its quite warm outside) and my son must have woken. He texted me (from his bedroom:wah:) saying can you make me tuna pasta for my bait please:-2:wah:

sadly im old enough to remember the snow we had in 1963, just like in your pic gill. i was living on a farm in the new forest in hampshire then and we had to be dug out.

the best thing about it was being able to ride our horses at some speed round the main roads !! my horse shed a large impacted ice ball from one of his back feet, it hit my mate on the side of her head and gave her a dreadful black eye !!

i shall amend that statement !! he is now laying with his head on my foot, big brown eyes gazing lovingly up at me saying ...................... get off your backside woman and take me out !!!!!!!!

Dad had his last radiotherapy treatment today, we have a 6 week wait to get the results.

Fingers crossed things have gone well.

Me mum & dad have all had flu and it's left us all with chest infections, so we're all on antibiotics at the mo.

did'nt stop me going footy though. :wah:

still it made a change to be in the shop instead of spud bashing and it was just busy enough to stop us getting bored.

so glad i didnt go to the beach now, dont think i could have coped with that and being on my feet for a six hour shift.
