I had the very best meal ever last night....

Jr Minks cooked dinner for me it was..... (all from scratch I might add)

Pan fried chicken

greek salad (to die for)

glazed Carrots

She would not let me wash or chop or anything. And she served it up right pretty like, I even took a picture I was so darn proud of her. It was delicious.

I think tonite she bakes cookies.

Happy? Sliding into bed warmed by the electric blanket, with a good mystery book. Shopping for new clothles because I have lost 47 lbs. Going from a size 16 to a size 8. My chow-chow puppy. She is always happy. The bottom of the wash basket. Getting a thank-you note unexpected. A beautiful sunset. So many things make me happy that are free. Like sunsets, blooming trees, puppies, an unexpected hug from hubby, living in the country, etc.,etc. :-6

I've got your happy: Bullet showing up at my work an hour into my shift with a brand new thermos (I'd broken mine) filled with Tim Horton's coffee, a package of Target's new line of chocolate truffles, and a card that said "When I followed my heart, it led me to you."

Hey guys......went to get my wedding outfit today for my sons June wedding. Went to a designer 'warehouse' and got a Ã‚£450.00 suit for Ã‚£99.00....Bargain....all I need now are the shoes, bag and hat.

I have had a great day off today. I had an appointment for a health check today, so took a days holiday.

Soooo....went to pick up the new bike and rode it back home...quite an experience as I haven't ridden for over 20 years....I was a bit wobbly and rode on the pavement for a bit, but it was a great feeling.

Went for the health check...results in 2 weeks but I don't expect any problems.

Came home and worked in the garden for 3 hours...it looks pretty good. It has been very windy here but the sun came out for a few hours.

The wedding outfit for June is all sorted so I can forget about that now.

I will have worked for B&W Loudspeakers fo 30 years next week, and they are paying for me to have a holiday....so I've been looking through some brochures...Quite fancy the Scilly isles or maybe a tour of the gardens of Wales...it's good fun looking at the brochures.
