Been working today...........fanks for text Gill;)Oh boy it was hot again.....Im looking more gorg each day:rolleyes:It was busy today.....mainly gardening gear.I did nuf buy alot of plants.......I got abit carried away I have to say.The people that own the land who run the booty are so nice,I get as much space as I want at that one as they like me:D which is understandable:rolleyes: and only get charged a fiver compared to the other one I do for £15 and not as much space.Its also not that far.I gave it up last year there as it was pretty dead but its picked up now and gotta say its so lay back there....I go where I want.....no agg.....all the space....and have a laugh with the guys who live there and run it.I told em today they aint a clue how to sort the cars out and they agreed lol and asked me if I would sort them out..........oh id sort some of em out alright:wah:

Wow1 where has the day gone,Sue decided to strip both our beds right down,so lots of washing done today and great to get everything dried out in the beautiful sunshine.

This morning I took Sophie for a little walk before the nurse came and then this afternoon I have had visitors.

I have finished my first knitted doll she is called Emily, I will try and take a photo of her and let you see my handywork, Sue said I should keep her as a reminder of my respite time while watching over Tony.

Tomorrow we are having a special airbed delivered hopefully that will be more comfortable when Tony is moved.

Off in a bit for a walk on the beach...it's cold here but beautiful:-4

Last night Andy just couldn't sleep as his room was far too hot, so we've spent most of the day clearing our 'office', which is on a lower level and the other side of the house to his bedroom. The 'office' was originally supposed to be a bedroom any way, but I put all my office stuff in there (for the business we ran). It is, because it is on the north side of the house, the coolest room in the house. We have put a very comfy camp bed in there for the moment, and Andy is quite happy about that.

But I am knack now, cos it's been probably the hottest day of the year so far, but at least he should be a lot more comfortable, and be able to sleep. His bedroom has the sun pouring in from dawn onwards, and this morning his room was 27 C, even though his windows are open and his dark curtains closed across the unopen glass.

Our bedroom is also on the north side of the house so we don't have the same problem as Andy - but he chose the room when we first moved in, because of the terrific view across three counties ! :-5 :rolleyes: :-6 :wah:

Don't think you'd like it in Noo Joisey...during August it is usually in the high 90s and nearing 100 Degrees F....think that's about 38 C or so.:-5

WOW, just saw a group of beautiful monarch butterflies around my front steeps...they're lovely. They visit us every May on their journey from Mexico to New England.....

Well I've just enjoyed a BBQ, just the evening for it as well :-6 :guitarist

I recorded the 'Nancy' prog, but caught the last few minutes and saw Ashley singing the goodbye song - most of the others were in tears !! Still it is understandable, I expect they've all become firm friends during their time together. It is sad that one has to leave like that, cos they're all brilliant, but I'm betting on Jodie to get the part, she is such a 'fun' person and a natural. She can blinkin sing as well ! ;)
