Pork Chops done in the oven in tin foil with mushrooms and onions......baked Toms...Wedges home made....Cauli Cheese and Peas and then low fat Lemon Cheese Cake.:-4:-4

Leftover flank steak for hubs in a stir fry and the rest of us are having tacos:-4

ham and potato salad.

Hubs didn't bother with dinner as he had a late lunch so leftovers of the stir fry for him with the steak. Me & kids will have french toast & scrapple.

Just some leftover ham and scalloped potatoes for me. I do so love that stuff. I know the salt is bad but it tastes so good.

There used to be a resturant that offered it with breakfast. The place is gone now but I do remember that it was really good.

Yesterday it was liver and onions but as today is friday and its not raining I will walk into town to the market and get some nice fish. OH can have Fish and chips and I will have fish with salad.
