If I want to build a fence around my property, as many people do, I have to build it on my own property. I cannot remove my neighbours bushes and build it on their side in order to keep my own larger. First of all, I don't work in the government so I don't know why some parts of the fence/wall are behind the green line as in this map but I guess there is a reason for that.
Second, this land was under Jordan control till 1967. and they didn't demand it back for peace (Israel already had control over Sinai desert and gave it back to Egypt for pease).

agreement between Israel and the PLO about the dividing control over the west bank to A (complete palestinian control), B (palestinian civilian control) anc C (Israeli control) areas. this agreement got Rabin killed.
last thing I can say is that this is away complicated then we both could understand. we don't know all the reasons, the facts, the prblems, the factors, well.. alot of things.

Yes, there is no doubt, it was a tragic story.. she was a brave girl.. too brave maybe.
I know they investigate that incident.. her parents also sue IDF and The bulldozer's company as well. can't remember the results though. it was a long time ago..
