Shelbell, I've been sick for over a week now with sinus infection and bronchitis. Last night I coughed so hard I pulled a chest muscle. I'm fine while sitting up but the coughing starts the minute I try to lay down and go to sleep. I have meds but they are taking forever to work! Doctor won't give me cough syrup because he wants me to keep coughing up the mucus (gross..sorry). I am going to try and sit up in the recliner tonight and see if I can sleep that way How are you doing?

Awe PJ, I didn't now hun...I'm sorry I haven't stayed on top of stuff like this. If I were you, I'd go to your pharmacy and ask them if you can get an over the counter cough med for at night. Make sure to show them your list of meds you're on right now. So, caugh up all your mucus all day long and use the caugh med only at night so you can sleep. Do you have a vaporizer? If not, run hot water in your bathroom with the door shut and sit in there for 15minutes every day. I hope you feel better soon hun!!!:-6:-4
