The mall was not packed, only 3 people ahead of me in line. I went to buy a new blouse, I am directing the choir cantata this morning because the Music Pastor is home after his surgery. Oh my, Christmas caroling at his house tonight too-I will take the right address with me this time! :wah:

It's almost New Year's. Oh My, how time flies ! I can still remember clearly what I did this month last year and now another year is almost over. The only thing I regret about time passing by so quickly is that I get ( and look) older. I wish I could grow younger instead of older ( wouldn't that be neat !!! )

My fun will be tomorrow, I will watch the Rose Parade while cooking a nice New Year's Day dinner. I will dream of home as the gentle foothill are seen in the background, cheer on my alma mater's float, and just putter away happily my day. Except for the tooth business, it has been a lovely vacation.

Tomorrow I'm going to take a "road trip" through all the old and forgotten towns of Noo Joisey.....I'll visit the southern part of NJ and visit some of the wineries and old towns.

New Year's Day dinner: roast chicken, mashed potatoes, swet potatoes, veggies, chocolate chip and sugar cookies.

Dinner will be served at half-time of the Rose Bowl game, when it is safe to cross the Penn State line and serve my husband.....I might keep the cookies on my side though......:wah:

My husband is doing well, happy to have me home for a week.

I might have to cancel my trip to the wineries tomorrow. I called a few and they all seem to be closing tomorrow for the winter....Sigh:mad: So I might save that trip for the spring and visit some of the beach town of Noo Joisey.



So, for today of my friends and I will take a walk along the beach and head for Klees for lunch for a few hours...That will be nice....:-6
