after i dropped me handbag down the toilet in the pub :rolleyes: i had to go and get a phone quick cos of hospital appointments and stuff............... it cost £20 in woolies and wouldnt know what blue tooth was, if it got bitten on the bum by it :-3:o

the woman on there has a bottle of taylors 1963 vintage port worth £75 !! i've got a '63 bottle of cockburns vintage port, wonder what that would go for !!

have looked on e bay but cant see anything like it.

But first i have to tell you, we had Hailstones at the van yesterday!!!!!!! can you believe that..was quite nice, we had just come back from a walk when it started raining,, it got heavier and heavier until it was ctually massive hailstones!:wah: lasted about half an hour then we had a lovely afternoon so we went out again:-6

It's getting there. It just doesn't feel like home yet. Not sure why. Maybe because I still have to clean the old place & had to pay the rent on that for this month. I'll be glad when I'm done with that place!! :-5

Oh, I do. I once had a woman tell me that I had it cleaner than when they rented it to me! HAHA!! But yes, they'd better give me at least PART of my deposit back! I want to take someone along for the walk-through. Wish I had a lawyer friend! :sneaky:

see you are already willing to give up some part of your deposit,,,tut tut.... as long as you leave the place the same as you found it and all in good working order then theres no reason for them not to give it back.. could you ask a neighbour or a friend to be with you when you finally hand over,, have the landlord go with you round the flat checking it out and then give them something to sign to say it has been left clean and undamaged. Tell them you need something like that to show to your new landlord, if they say no ask them to give you something in writing as to why they wont confirm that for you,,, on the spot!:sneaky:

Well, I don't have a new landlord... I AM the new landlord! :-6 But I'm going to see if someone will go with me. I also want to take pictures. The downfall is that I smoked in it & the drop ceiling in the living room is a bit dingey.
