I was joking with my beloved wouldn't it be funny if Taylor sang that song - and he did! My jaw hit the floor. I was ready for some kind of clown act, but he really turned it out the second half! Very impressive.

I think Ace will be in the bottom 3, he was awful last night. I just wasn't impressed last night with any of the performances.

I was kind of sad... but knew it was inevitable. But I honestly thought it'd be Elliott.

Sad to see Bucky go, but glad Elliot made it another week.

Glad to see ACE went on Friday.... Wouldn't be happy at all if Chris went!!!! Nice to see the blonde lady go through. She is gorgeous in her own little way....

She sang horribly last week. I think your right there might be a set up Acc. Just not sure why. I know I called and voted for Elliot several times.

I forget his name, but the blind opera singer is coaching them. I assume it's not New Orleans jazz. :p

The only one I thought didn't do so great last night was Kelly. Elliot was wonderful and so was Chris.

What did everyone else think? Who is going to be going home tonight?

I thought Elliott did fabulously. Chris was OK, I liked his song. I loved Taylor's song. Katharine was OK. Wasn't crazy about Paris's rendition of Memories. I think Kellie will probably go tonight.

I think tonight will be between Kelly and Paris. But we could all be surprised. :wah:

Honestly, contrary to popular belief... such as Simon... I wasn't the least bit impressed with either of Chris's songs last night. I thought Elliott did a fabulous job. I voted for him, Paris, & Taylor. I LOVED Taylor's first song! I thought he did great! I also wasn't crazy about either of Katharine's songs... & I love the first song she did by Phil Collins.

I thought Katherine's second song was great!. All the remaining singers deserve stardom. I just hope Taylor stays in the mix as long as possible, even though he probably won't win.

Could someone tell me who was in the bottom 3 tonight. We had storms in the area, and they reported on them instead of letting me watch Idol.

It's bottom 2 now, since there are so few left. Elliot & Paris were the bottom 2, and Paris left.



Paris stayed around so long because she has a powerhouse voice. She impressed the pros to no end. I predict we're going to see alot of her.



All the remaining singers are great. It's a popularity contest now.

Yes it is going to become a popularity contest, which is bad but that's life. My favorite from the start has been Chris and Katerine. Chris is going to big time if he can get some one to manage him and help smooth out his rough spots. Katerine would be really good on the stage.

I want Taylor to win. Chris drives me crazy the way he stares at the camera. Just something about him rubs me wrong. I like Katharine & she's very good. But I like Taylor the best. And I didn't like Elliott, but he's very good!!! I've started voting for him!

I love the way Chris looks into the camera. I see he has gotten rid of those weird sideburns, which helps him look sexier. As Randy would say, "Your HOT man. ":-4

I thought this was based on singing talent, not looks.
