What is even more freaky, L&M is taking a plane from Sydney to Los Angeles or San Francisco and arriving just before you started out!! Then of course on the home journey you lose a day altogether.

Had a nice dip in the local pool and actually managed to get back home afterwards - through three roadblocks, one bag search and a bit of interpersonal relating which we won't go into, in this family thread!! Grin. There's already a trillion people in the street outside here and it's only 13:25, people camped on the foreshores, barbies going. My fav local cafe owner has donned an "I am a Greek and proud of it" apron, and fisherman's hat, and is frying sausages in a grill on the pavement outside the cafe.. (he looks absolutely awesome... :sneaky:) and chaos reigns, happily. There were half a dozen yachts moored the other side of the Harbour Bridge at dawn. Now there's a trillion of those too, and ferries in all directions. Weird stuff built onto the actual Harbour Bridge - no doubt this will be part of tonight's fireworks. There's four sessions of these, this year, with the grand finale at Midnight.

I'm gonna have a siesta now... ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

being around all of you for too long has made me over excitable,

I just saw a big spider running along the screen, and i made a little "eeeee" noise and jumped back, when i looked again i realised it was actually an animated gif of :wah:a horse!!!!!

Gosh I hope it wasn't a redback horse, or a funnelweb horse, or a spider pig!!!!!
