theirs no problem where I can see except it needs 1gb just to run normally so if you get xp with the same spec it will run faster no doubt about it.

Alot of people dont like Vista, its personal choice.

Yes babe, one from dell was sound. But that one might be also, ive asked a mate and they say that if you dont have wireless already intergrated you will need some other device to help you connect wirelessely

Wireless is so you can surf the net (without a wire in the phone socket) anywhere in your home or garden etc.

You use a battery pack with laptops to power it which are plugged into the electric, if you have full battery charged, you can use the laptop without being plugged into battery.
