How are we going today.

I worked last night & my feet are sore today.

We had a car rally in town,we feed 230 people a three course meal & washed the dishes & cleaned the kitchen & I was limping home at 10pm so we did well.

My mother has spinal compression fractures. She's 87 and uses a walker, so she needs more support for her spine and doesn't have a chair in her room but for the wheel chair. They have her sharing a small room with another lady at the Assisted Living place.

we have a car rally here once a year, in the spring. when the cafe side of our fish and chip shop was open, there wasnt a spare seat for the 12hrs we were open. it was manic, one of the reasons they decided they couldnt cope with that side of it any more.

things arnt so busy here now because people cant afford the dreadful fuel prices etc so they given it up now.

She could be right as well.

It's quite heavy too ! But not as heavy as my Gibson 335 electric that I used to have in the band ! This one is what they call a 'jumbo' and it's a 12 string guitar.

I haven't played it for some time and I had a go with it the other night (when the boys had gone to snooker :sneaky: ), after about 20 minutes my left hand fingers were killing me cos my finger ends had gone soft. I'll just have to do a little and often till I get them hardened off again ! :-5
