Hi carol, gill, kev, chez, mrsK, kay, kaz, helen, ducks, ausiepam, hope and anyone else i may have missed.

i managed to eat a little last night, haven't eaten yet this morning, just thinking about it is making me feel sick......can stress cause it do you think, i'm going to make an appointment with the doc on mon, cos it's not just food i've gone of....if you get my drift.....

Hope you all have a great day, be back later, and promise to read back when i have the time.

stress can be a major part of it !! food is the first thing i go off when i get stressed. as for the other bit you've gone off.................. im on me own now so cant say if that gets affected or not.........

Nice day again here, Had to take Eldest to the docs last night, shes got tonsilitis and my youngest woke up full of cold so happy days...We may be going out later to buy a bigger fish tank as iv'e done 2 water changes in a week cos these fish sh!t alot lol...

Hi all, hope that you are all well, I had root canal work done on a tooth on Thursday and have never known pain like this

:( Mind you the upside is I have lost 6 pounds in weight where I can't eat :wah:

Kinks, I have tried to send you a message but it went on a page that made my eyes go funny, hopefully you'll know what one i'm on about

The sun is out here always seems to make you feel better a bit of sunshine :-4

Hi Helen, just take it steady in the heat Mrs. The temp. here is 27 C and climbing !

Gawd, I just don't do HOT ffs !!! grrrrrrrrrrr. We've got all windows open, the sitting room curtains closed except to let any breezes through, the fan is at max and is definitely a help. We have to be careful to keep our dog from getting too hot, he has thrown a fit when he got hot last year ! So he comes in for a wetting in the garden intermittently, and fortunately there is plenty of shade there, thanks to our Eucalyptus tree !

I been working today at the coast............cor it was hot.....off tomorrow to a different market at the coast.Had hassle today again from the twat who is moaning I have a line that he has fgs....anyway the Guv there is lovely and we came to an arrangment......but cant be bothered typing it all out:p

Is your market outdoors Carolly? The only market I've seen about the UK is on the dvd "What a Girl Wants" where she goes to the outdoor market and gets skirts, bracelets and her dear old dad get's a henna tattoo.

Carol for Pete's sake, you should have sun block on Mrs. at least strength 30 !!!! Or stay out of the sun !!! Gawd there are enough warnings grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

AND the sun is strong enough to penetrate through shirts, so that isn't fool proof either.

Anyway it was good that you were able to work for a change.

I shall be watching the choirs battle it out at 6.55pm on BBC 1 It really is a good programme, and I'm enjoying it. :guitarist

its been really nice here but not that hot, about 21c.

wallace dosnt do hot either so i take him out about 8am then again about tea time, even then after a couple of turns around the feilds, he's looking at me with his tongue hanging out saying, come on mother, enoughs enough.

my old black lab suffered in the heat too, had to carry him home once and douse him with bucketfulls of cold water and that was after he'd been playing in a stream for ages.

reading back, wont be long.......................... i hope.

Hi Helen, yes if you've got a dog, you must check they're OK, after all they wear fur coats in this heat. It makes me mad if I see dogs left in cars, with the windows only open a crack. The temp. soon rises to unbearable levels when the car stops moving.

Total irresponsibility on the owner's part, and exceedingly cruel.
