Afternoon All:-4

Had a bit of a spring clean today.

Sheets,doona,covers,towels etc, all washed,all floors vacummed,mopped.

Winows that weren't clean are now done.

Swept around the out side of the house.

All done looking spick & span.

Hope you are all looking after yourselves & are behaving.

I am going to do a bit more reading & may visit the casino as well.

hi everyone,

been and done me duty with the spuds this morning, had a lovely shepards pie and veg for dinner.

right now, i can see a nana waving at me and telling me to just shut my eyes for a while.

i do wish she'd leave me alone, im supposed to be changing my bed and having a shower !!

better do what she says, you know what they say about respecting yer elders:wah:

well my dog wouldnt have went out if it was raining before we left the house:wah: but she does need her walks otherwise she would be even more hyper than she is:D

im having trouble with this again, i swear i could call at your houses and tell you what ive got to say faster than this is working this afternoon.

just been out with my dog too, heavey drizzle here now and we are both soaked to the skin !!

looks like our carnival is taking place after all cos theres stuff gathering in the car park. never seen any event here so badly advertized as that is.

will probably wander out in a bit to have a look.

it went past our old flat in the town so all i had to do then was open the window and watch it.

Helen have you done a scan or a defrag. lately Mrs ?

If you have, then it may be that your laptop needs a clean by a proper technician, they have a special mini vacuum cleaner etc. It is surprising how much scrunge collects in a laptop, dog hairs, dust, tobacco grime etc. This can also slow the cooling fan down, which causes the laptop to overheat, then the laptop will switch itself off ! Then you have to let it cool before you can switch it back on !

I'm gonna get some more memory for mine ,,apparently you can buy a module for about 20 to 30 pounds,,, someone has to fit it though as you have to fit it in to the mother board inside your modem ,, but my daughters boyfriend can do that ... they did say at pc world though that they would charge about 15 pounds to do it.

got back here again finally after over half an hour of trying.

yes, its about time i had it over hauled before i do it some damage !! had it two years now,

went and had a look at the carnival :-2 5 floats, 2 brass bands and about 8 carnival queens from surrounding villages.

very diappointing for for something two years ag would have taken over an hour to go past you.

even the life boat didnt put in an appearance, not unless it was waiting some where else.

just been informed i have three double shifts coming up so i wont be here much over the next three days.

had to come back just now and do all my chores and have a shower, its no good me having too early a night cos i wont sleep anyway.

turned into a bootiful evening now !!

clear as a bell out there now.
