you can tag threads so you can search for them easily a bit like your favs. For instance if you want to keep an eye on threads if you go to edit tags which is to the right hand side on the bottom of the page and enter say Carolly ( i think someone has already done this here) then you can click on search add carolly and all the tagged threads will appear
