Here's something weird SY....when I see the letters SY I think of it as sigh. My initials are SYE which I also think of as sigh. :-6

It's about 45 deg. and sunny, but it feels like 30. The weather people are talking snow on Sunday night...that would be cool.

Oh you know, the latest thing was yesterday. High drama. Quin was walking home from school and some little girl was petting a cat and so Q wanted to pet the cat too, well, the darn thing ran into the road and poof, run over by a car. From the gross description my daughter gave me, the poor kitty didn't make it. Q was extremely upset about the whole thing. I had to reassure him that it was time for the cat to go to heaven, etc. He's only 7.

I am sooo sorry. i know what your son is going through. when i was a child. my dad was driving me to my friend's house. for the afternoon. Well we saw two dogs. get run over. I had flash backs for years about this. So confort him. If he wants to talk about it let him. SOOOO sad-1:(

I called his principal this morning and he will have a nice chat with the school pyschologist tomorrow. His sibs who are 6,7 & 11 yrs older teased him about it yesterday until I halted that nonsense.. Of course, they told me "we were only teasing him"....um, ok, he's 7 you idiots!:mad: Of course, I held him yesterday and told him "it was time for the kitty to go to heaven and it was a total accident". He was so upset about it that he barfed on the floor.
