I'm glad you're feeling better today, Joan. I sure know how stress affects a person. It's given me a lot of health problems this last year.

I've seen my doctor about a lot of problems that I have had and the results have all turned out healthy. Except one. I had a gastronomy and it showed I had gastritis. But gastritis wouldn't have caused the particular symptoms I've been having (so the doctor told me).

Two major symptoms are reflux accompanied with a lot of coughing when I wake up in the morning. The other, which I haven't been to my doctor about, is difficulty getting to sleep and subsequently, getting up. Both these developed after I moved after the fire at my last place at the end of last May.

I should add that since investigating the problem with my doctor and realising it's more down to stress than anything physical, the reflux problem has improved significantly.
