I'm getting much better as I get older, things just no longer upset me near as much.

I refused years ago to ever have a root canal done!

had two two many........I have what is called hot teeth.

they cannot freeze me enough and the pain was excruciating!

get a referral from a friend or family member.

Canada doesn't have dental insurance, that's only for ones on welfare and ones who enter the country, until they get a job, if they do.:rolleyes:

Its up to where your employed if they have a dental insurance plan.

I'm still on my x's plan, so at least I am covered 80%.

I'm still on my x's plan, so at least I am covered 80%. since hubby lost his job. we will wait.But i was not sure how your sytem worked or what it coverd?? How about EYE??

eye exams are 80.00 per year.

then you pay for your glasses, but they have frames and prescriptions starting as low as 100.00.

but also most companies also include dental as part of your dental plan which you pay 10.00 a week for 100% coverage.

our health insurance is free. now it comes out of your tax's...but its so small....you'll never even notice.

that covers all:

doctors visits

walk-in clinics

all specialists

hospital stays for an given length of time, any surgeries etc.

physio therapy

all tests, x-rays, blood work,ultrasounds MRI'S and whatever else you need.

living here is much much cheaper than living in the US
