I loved all the pics!! we have such class when it comes to our pets! LOL

Well here they are.......Dead Bob - named after our neighbor man that took his life..the family came and cleaned out the house and threw the "OLD MAN" out into the street....:( So we took him in...Potty trained to go outside...the best cat ever!

Then there is the thing that freaks mom out...Matches...the kids' rat...Ewwwwww..actually - He isn't to bad...

Then Duke--AKA Dutchess...she passed away after she fell into our pool.Silly thing LOVED water--she would take a bath w/ u...You would be shaving ur legs and she would jump right on your belly! Crazy thing...her love is what killed her...tried to get into the pool onto a inner tube and drowned before we knew she had gotten out...:(

Then there is Ebony..She was given to the kids by their dad 2 years ago at Christmas..the big red bow and everything...:)

Capital idea, Snoozie! I've seen her (if it's the same one) and she really

DID give the money to the dogs... instead of a scam of some sort.

My dad used to always call gsd's "police dogs" so that's what I thought

they were!

Love the pup pic!!

Oh, a chinchilla! And the critters are so cute!:)

I have a siamese kitty and a lovebird, and a froggie at school-who I hope is warm today with schools closed.

There's this dog wandering around our neighborhood and he needs a home. He's really interesting looking, but I don't know if he'd fit in well in our home......... What do you think?

Thank you!! :D

She is a Bengal and i know owners from all over the world. She is bred from an Egyptian Mau and an Asian leopard cat so she has the look of a wild cat but the temperament of a typical domestic cat. Although she definately has a wild streak but we love her to pieces. Munch ~ the chin is very well mannered, he's the nicest we animal i have had the pleasure to own. He gets out for about 3 hours every night (hes nocturnal) although he always has to be supervised as he chews absolutely anything made of wood. Good with older kids, but has to be handled very carefully and can be a bit wriggly at times. And you must never ever get them wet. Bit like gremlins really :-3

SnoozeControl wrote: I'd like to cuddle that little furball up around my neck... how cozy would that be while you're watching TV? Do they like cuddling?

Hes affectionate, but in his own way, they tend to run around a lot and hes more likely to jump all over you which is a lovely feeling anyway. Sometimes he comes and sits on my knee, or my shoulder and pulls at my eyelashes or gives me little kisses and then he's off again :D

That pic of your husky Dante concerns me. On a number of different levels.

Correct me if I'm wrong but he appears to be tied using a choke chain and

that is a HUGE no-no. His dog house is too large, in a climate like yours it

actually should be smaller so the animal can contain its' own body heat.

And it should have a flap over the door to keep out drafts. Yes, I know

this pic is not from a cold time of year and yes, I know he's a husky, but

there are still some basic steps that need to be taken for the animal's

comfort and well-being.

Above all what concerns me is the hard-packed earth around him. He

spends an awful lot of time there, I suspect day in and day out, and

that is not good for his mental health.

I just couldn't let this go without comment.

Another one gone .....Another one bites the dust............
