"Long story short, nothing changed. He denied everything all the bartenders and customers said they have seen. She got fired by the board for an accumulation of things. Too many call offs that he would cover for her, etc."
++++++++++++++++++:-5 Talk about rewarding bad behavior! Did you document this, Peg? I'd hate to see retaliation toward you, down the road.

Yes. It's all documented. I used to not blame the girl because the boss let her get away with anything and everything. In the last few months though, that changed when she started taking full advantage of it. The funny thing is, she only worked 3 days a week and if she had to work a weekend, she'd call off. She'd state she'd either get it off or call him. After working my 5 shifts, there were 9 shifts left to divide among 3 people. He had to go hire a girl to fill in for her so she could have her way. I fought him on it because the girl was not on our license, our comp, etc. It's a shame I cared more about it than he did. He just wanted her to have her way.

We had the same thing happen in our office.
When the Big Man had had enough, he sent out a memo that stated that a supervisor could not have a relationship of any kind with an underling. I worked in the same office as this man's 'girl' and it was awful because he knew I knew but I never said anything.
They would come in and whisper and do that moony sign language crap. But what was so funny is that I sat in front of a window and I could see their reflection in it as they were mouthing things to each other and throwing kisses and stuff. So, everytime he came in, I left. That left her to do all the work and he would have to leave. When he left, I came back.
What was even worse is that his wife work in the office also and everyone knew about the two of them but her. Finally, someone sent her pictures. It was a terrible time. When he retired, his girlfriend left too.
And everyone lived happily ever after! Even his ex-wife!
