Hi Saff.
I had read that particular thread.
It's just like here or any other message board. Cliques get in the way. Someone is an ass and all their little friends come running to their aid and then things get blown up into something bigger. Trash is trash. Just ignore the trash.

It looked like you kind of started it by insinuating that she was a gold digger. Dont you think?

Never said that, never. She "insinuated" that.
You'd have to go back and read some of her posts. One in particular where she admits to "trotting around behind" her husband. When they travel around the world.
I'm not apologizing here for what I wrote. Just get tired of seeing her post about everything she "had" in the context of what I "don't have". It truly makes me sick, when she or anyone does this.
If she REALLY has so much, then why does she LIVE online? I don't buy any of her crap. Or anyone else's about how nice she supposedly is. And I have no desire to meet her.

Magenta flame;471320 wrote: Yes Saffron I am. Your opening post made a point of someone you are angry about. And that's fair enough. But now it's become a whine thread with you updating the first post with little snippets and snide comments. You need to slow that anger down and move on, for fear of coming across to people as though you are the problem. The person you are referring to is probably living up life and getting on with things and probably laughing at this thread. It's time to get over this individual, for fear of making yourself look like a wally.
Okay then, just call me Wally.

I *know*. However, if you worry about what *people* might think, then there's
a nice little white lie to keep their wiggling noses out of your business.. Judging
by what you've already intimated, you aren't so far off managing the place,
anyway (second-in-command?).
Good luck with the dragon in the other place, BTW.

No, not really. I don't have any plans to do that. I mean, I really want my own place again. It's not the kind of place I'd like to live in for very long.
You see, the thing about this place is that the Pastor has in the past, entrusted people to be "in charge" when in fact, they were dealing drugs and doing other not so nice things there, while they were supposed to be managing it.
Just this morning one of my girlfriends who I helped find an apartment for on Friday, called me to tell me about a girl who lives there who has recently been placed in charge of being the cook, since the old cook was evicted recently. This other girl (won't write her name here) has a long drug history, as do a lot of people there. So my friend thinks that this new cook is using again. I am about to tell about it. As she has now got the Pastor in her pocket. He seems to really like her and has trusted her to stop using. And I've noticed that she seems like she is high sometimes, especially after she goes to visit an old boyfriend.
And I thought I had problems. I have no problems compared to most there.

Sorry, to explain - you were worried that someone in another place would find
out that you lived in a Ch. Slhtr., so I was just proposing that (if this came to
light) you could say that you "managed" it! You being apparently involved with
someone who *does* run the place puts you (so some extent at least) in a
position of having some influence (2nd. in command?)! Anyway, I take your
point about not wanting to be there for ever.
So - people "entrusted" have abused their positions? Sounds a good time for
someone who *has got* integrity to be "on duty".
Apologies if I have said anything that sounds awful - no nastiness intended at
all. Common cultures/language, and all that.
Is a C. Shelt. the same thing as a YMCA, or similar (NO songs, please!)?

IT's a church really. And there is a shelter in the back area. The Pastor has decided to take on a lot of "residencially challenged" people. So some of them have been living there for 10 and 11 years. Way too long. They are on an eviction list for tomorrow. I don't plan on living there for that long at all.
