bez i cant see how that arm bar could possibly work i recomend that you hook the leg over the shoulder as shown figure four yor legs pull the arm in close hey presto triangle choke ...you win

I would once have found all this funny. Now, it's just sad. Those of us who have homes, should maybe just go home for a while, put up the Christmas / hannuka / whatever decorations.. and get with the peace, love, goodwill thingie.
