Koan, no I have not. I thought I would start with the 'traditional' western approach and see what kind of success I would have. The bumps are just around my mouth, but without any makeup it looks inflamed. I've got a follow-up appointment one month after my initial one. I'll keep you guys posted if you're interested (and even if you are not

Interesting story: Two weeks ago, I was out to dinner with the girls. Sitting next to us (with a few drinks in her), there was a woman who was the Director of Education for Clarins. For those of you who don't know, they are a high-end make-up and skin care company, kind of like Estee Lauder. Elizabeth Arden, Clinique, etc.
She told us that IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE to buy expensive make-up and skin care. She said to use the most gentle of cleansers, like Cetaphil or Dove soap and a moisturizer afterwards. She said that Revlon (which you can buy in the drugstore) has lipstick that is every bit as good as Clarins and much less expensive. She highly recommended saving money on expensive skin care and makeup, and, if you really want a change, spending it on Botox or Restylane.
She said that anything topically applied to the skin, unless it is a medicine, could never have the impact of an injectable product.
What do you women think of this? :-6
