One friend that I met online now has my old sofas! lol. I was buying new ones and hers were pretty knackered. She came round to my house with her mum and her 2 kids and I said "well take my old ones then!" To this day they are still in great condition. For her to collect them I ended up leaving a key with a neighbour and saying " a weirdo will turn up for this key - just give her it - she will steal all my furniture then hand you the key back" My neighbour just shook her head and said "ok".
I have made many many friends on the internet and I value those friendships dearly. I can't wait till the FG meet so I can see if the people I have grown to care for are as I imagine them to be in RL. And if they thing I am the same as they imagine! lol
mmm I need a new dining room table.................:sneaky:

I have 12 guys at work and only 2 of them are "taken".
List your likes and dislikes including hair colour, eye colour etc and I will see if one matches!
(I also have a long term male friend who is single and now owns 2 houses in Cheltenham - this guy is LOADED!)
:wah: :wah: Blimey! i was only joking but seeing as you have so many.............
ummm they have to make me laugh in the first few minutes otherwise they're out.
No preference on hair or eye colour, they just have to have 'nice' eyes.

It kind of makes you realise how much kindness is in the world, which makes a refereshing change from the horror of hearing what goes on in the news, that's for sure.

I met a couple of internet friends...a few years back. On separate occasions.
I have noticed, though, that friendships I have made through forums such as this one, seemed to have gone by the wayside as I moved on from the particular forums that brought us together.
