Out of the blue last week Spot showed up at another forum I post at and he and I had in the past argued here in the garden to a point where we just didnt like each other. But somehow I was glad he showed up like an old friend, it just seemed good. And the more I chatted with him the more I saw that behind our disagreements hes a good man.
Thanks Spot.
I thought on it for a short time and then I was just compelled to come back here and when I did it just felt good to be here.
Problem is as I lurk about and see old AV's and personalities I'm not sure who I may have offended and who I havent? Which is very perplexing to me as I thought I had done my best to apologize where needed.
So let me start off with this 'IF' apology which I hate to do but in this case 'IF' is all I have to start from.
So 'IF' I managed to offend you when I was here last, please PM me and I will try my best to sort it out with you, and seek forgiveness personally.
Otherwise I'm just gonna slip in and enjoy posting, reading threads and goofing off like I used to do.
Far.
After reading this post from spock is when I realized hes a harmless fluffball.
It concerns knitting a tie.

I've never found relying on size to stiffen the interfacing is a good long-term solution, the tie always seems to lose its form fairly quickly unless you have a really firm linen (that's my preference) inside. Bookbinding has a similar challenge in that regard.
If that's not it, maybe you could describe the problem in finer detail?
