Googled Dubs....

A dub is a wheel or rim that is 20 inches in diameter. The term dub is a slang term for twenty-two ("double twos"). Others believe that the term grew out of the Marijuana industry. Many people refer to a "20 sack" of marijuana as a "dove" or "dove sack." Once automotive rims/wheels reached 20" in diameter, people begin to refer to the wheels as doves, and later "dubs." There are many regional terms for expensive, aftermarket wheels, such as "feet" in Florida, "blades" in Texas, and "grown men" in the American South. The term "grown men" refers to the American law that makes males "grown" at the age of 21 (they can drink alcohol and attend most nightclubs). If the wheels are 21 inches or more, they can be considered "grown men." Rims 30 inches or bigger can be considered TUBS.
