They got her for leaving the scene of the accident, assault on Mr O, criminal damage, theft of his phone and possibly no insurence as the car is not registered to her. They have photographed our car tonight and took her bumper out of it :wah: Mr O said they all knew who he was at the nick and he told them 'my wife hates you lot'. :wah: In hindsight, his mate grabbing me back in the house was lucky. I'd be in a lot trouble if i'd got passed him. Damn, I'll have to buy him a beer now. :-5

Nomad...... I have a spare flea collar if you'd like to come for tea :wah:

Did you take pix yourself of the car for insurance reasons? Good on Mr. O for pressing charges...she sounds like a real bafoon:wah:. She shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car period.:-5

She has tried saying that Mr O got aggressive with her first :wah: I gave him Mr O's medical history and his current state of health and they want to use that in court because they will know that he wouldn't have been in any shape to do that. We have his passenger as a witness as well. Also, she has not reported the accident to any one in any shape despite the front of her car being embedded in the front of ours so that shows guilt.

I spoke to the head teacher at the school today and un-known to us, they are about to set up a new scheme with community police officers called 'three strikes and your out'. First time they get a letter. 2nd, they get a visit from plod and 3rd time they are prosecuted for obstruction.

Good that you are making leeway into this Oscar. She needs to have the book thrown at her for her idiotic behavior! I hope they prosecute her to the fullest extent and have her license revoked forever. Now, I have an idea...this is gonna sound funny...I think you & I should have it patented & licensed....a vaccuum cleaner shaped like one of your foxes and then you can take it out of the house if it ever happens again.:wah: Oh, and you can scare the crap outta stupid parents who park on your street.

Good idea :wah: How can she say it was his fault???? He was stationery in our drive for gods sake :wah: The serious side to this is as the officer and the head teacher agreed today..... if she didn't see a large car, how could she see a 5 year old child behind her when they were all pouring out the school? There is 200 kids coming out of there all at the same time and they are all over the place.

My 3 dogs were kicking off at the fence but she took no notice. I need my pal's rottwieler round here, they won't argue with that one :wah:

Then she has no case. Only a liar would lie and take off in her car with hubs phone to boot after she hit your car. She panicked which is no excuse, the idiot! I wonder how she feels today:wah:, moron!

She panicked which is no excuse, the idiot! I wonder how she feels today:wah:, moron! Exactly, you don't take off like that if your not guilty as hell. We've yet to find out if she's insured on the car as it's not registered to her. The great part of it was that i was actually on the phone to 999 while it happened. They have actually got me saying to the operator..... OMG... I don't believe that, she's just snatched his phone out his hand and driven off....They will read the transcript of the 999 call call out in court and they will hear that.. It will be the same court house as my trial but at least i won't be the defendent this time :wah:

I very pleased the head teacher has got this scheme going with the community police who deal with trivial stuff but good all the same.
