The only way you would know you hate it is if you tried it. I personally never have nor am I aware of anyone I know that has.

That's the problem. I tried it once and have never been the same. I have nightmares about a Giant Rutabaga chasing me through the garden. It's the only thing I really fear. I understand that most Marxists like Rutabaga as well as some Gay People.

You have got to find a way to get over this hatred for line dancing. Its eating you up inside, it appears as though its consuming your life. Just let it go man. Seriously this has got to stop, its no good for anyone.

Is there a "line dancing incident" from your past, perhaps a time when you were feeling fragile and vulnerable ?

Thank you Nomad------I do need to talk about it. I think it may help. Let see, it all began when I was a mere youth in the military, you know, the left foot-right foot thing, the cadence marching and drilling. The not thinking, the blindly obeying orders and commands. One hot sultry August evening 40 or 50 of us were marched into a swamp where quicksand engulfed some of my friends and two were presumed to be eaten by gators. It was a horrible experience and one that is hard to put out of my mind. All I know is that when I see people line dancing and hear the cadence of the music, these memories come back and I start to shake uncontrollably. Whew, there, I feel much better.
