I can't believe Sue hasn't come on this thread to take up for herself. She sure has been mentioned a lot without responding. Oh well maybe Sue is talking to her lawyers.

Sue I in no way meant to infer anything about you in this post. Please keep the YZGI dude out of this Sue one upmanship. Thank you very much.

As you don't seem to understand what has happened here I will try to explain.

Most folk come on here and introduce themselves with a profile. Over time, they join in a variety of threads and common ground is found. Over the 14 months I have been here I have cried with the one's who have lost babies and husbands, laughed at the one's who joke and I have fallen out big time with one's I don't agree with over politics. Even one's you fall out with, after time, you learn a mutual respect for their beliefs. You may not like them but you respect them for their wisdom and knowledge. Most members here including myself bare all the warts. Yep, even my sisters boy being charged with murder........ Do you know why I can talk about my 16 yr old nephew being in custody awaiting trial for murder in April ? Because no-one here is so shallow to judge. They have the depth to understand. That's why we bare all on this forum and what makes it so special.

In time, you find true friends that phone you, send you gifts in the post and e mail you their funnie's. Not because they or any-one is inventing themselves behind a screen...... but because we are honest enough to admit our faults and share those those faults.

All the folk on the forum have done exactly that. There will always be members that do not like you but you earn respect by contributing in a manner that makes folk see the real you. I know things about members on this forum that I would never repeat on an open board. That's because the friends here trust me with their confidentiality. Most of us are on facebook and we can see exactly what each others lives are about. You know they are true friends when they are still here by your side even after all your warts have been bared.

You are inflammatory. I don't know the whole story and don't care to but ya sound like a big whiner to me and remind me of a two year old that screams "she looked at me" If you and your following came here to discuss topics good but all I've seen thus far is you in here trying to threaten someone with legal consequences. In the process, you're maimed attempts at defocation if their character will hold up in court as well.

Get a life. The lacking of is pretty well what this boils down to. Move on, if you're so much better of a person, I'd like to see ya prove it. I've found the best way to deal with people that don't like me or I don't like, is to avoid them. Obviously, you enjoy the drama  (that was an attempt to belittle you, feel free to sue)

I,m sorry but if you think that all people on this forum are supportive of people who's family relatives are being tried for MURDER, then you are totally mistaken.

You speak like it was just something that happened, MY GOD a person has died and your nephew is being tried for it.

Get real and do not use that as a tool for sympathy, it wont wash.

You should be ashamed of him and definately not try and use that tragedy to win brownie points. I am sure the relatives and friends of the murdered victim will not be supporting your family. Truly shameful. :-5

To be charged with murder is truly disgraceful. Such a shame that people dont realise the enormity of that alone!

CPS dont go ahead and allow a charging decsion without all the evidence being brought to them first. The very fact that he has been charged with MURDER is in itself a serious place to be.

Not that this really deserves a rational response but here goes anyway.

You act as if the family member grieving for their nephew committed the crime as well.

Were they there?

Are they supposed to cut off any emotional connection with the family member because of the crime?

Depends on the nature of the crime, I am sure that many family members would detach themselves from the offender.

And... i have actually seen cases of this.. where juvenilles were cut off from any contact from their family. So you see not all familes support this type of crime.
