It is really cool having 5 generations, but gramma is so bad, I really doubt she'll make it to Christmas...she's almost 92 and is really bad health. This is the 2nd time we've had 5 generations at once....longevity seems to run in the females on my moms side. I hope I'm that lucky, yet don't wanna be so sickly and out of my mind. I know I'll get thru it...I don't have a choice...that's the only thing that helps to remember. Plus, I know hubby will be with me in spirit and in my heart. :-4

Perhaps now is the time to start new traditions. :-4

When I was 10 years old, my dad buried his mother on Christmas Eve. I've always had so much respect for him because, as bad as he was hurting, he made it like any other normal Christmas for us kids. :-4

Wow...sounds like your dad had great strength. Not many people could do that. What a great example for all. :-4

Just finished my 'send in the post' shopping. I am well cheesed off that they seem to have left the little fellas off when it comes to choice of pressies! Ended up getting the little man a Bob the Builder digger will boulder, and a UK police car. Yet I could go on and on about what I got my girls!

HI Raven:D I love Christmas eve and christmas day,,, those two days and then thats it :wah: christmas eve we usually had family over for tea,, but this year my daughter has asked us to go to her instead:Dsaves me a job:wah: on christmas day im having my mam and dad, me, hubby, my daughter and her boyfriend for christmas lunch, then my son and his girlfriend will be arriving teatime and are staying over that night. Its gonna be a long day ,, but a good one:D I hope you have a good one too:-6
