Thank you Wandrin. Been sat here wondering tonight what the neighbours will be like, currently in a semi detached and neighbours are mostly quiet. One set have been friends since school! New house is in the middle of a terrace so whilst it's going to be easier to heat let's hope the neighbours aren't noisy :wah: ... or nosy!

Thank you guys.
Finally got released around half two this afternoon. I reckon the mechanism in the doors are going, the landlord has sprayed WD-40 around like it was going out of fashion. We'll wait and see if he's solved the problem.
Very quiet people wise here, cars shoot up and down the street at breakneck speed though as its a favoured street for free parking to nip into town. The one downside of living right in town I guess.

Doors have been behaving so far, although I have been spraying them with WD40 now and again.
I'm still looking at the council housing site each week, there has been nothing to bid on for weeks mind, wonder why I bother. It used to be a quick and easy thing to do too but it seems Cornwall Council are intent on hiding the bidding link away from everyone, gets harder and harder to find it each week, it's never in the same place :wah:
