If it is.... some 'expounding' is required..........only then will my offence or lack of offence be known.
When you say 'justification' ......do you mean 'links'?
If it is really that agonising............don't read it.........but if you must add to the topic, stop being so bloody cryptic, because you are coming across as a right clever dick who believes himself far too clever to explain the bleeding obvious to us low life knobs. One must read to critique. Take what I posted as that, bruv - a critique.
Seriously though, when TD made the statement that: tude dog;1441271 wrote: People want inexpensive goods, that is why so much comes from China none of you thought to capitalize on that? If it were an accurate statement on its face (as it was written) then nobody would purchase high end goods.
The man has generalized and put the cart before the horse in so many instances, and you've yet to correct him. That's why I posted what I did earlier.
I'd point out and counter these ridiculous assertions myself but if I did TD would do his Little Red Riding Hood act to my Big Bad Wolf. Then others would join in with more silliness. So I'm trying to stay out of this. But, FFS, he's just standing there waiting to be knocked around. Quit dancing and punch his lights out.

How can we 'punch his lights out' when we 'shouldn't be pontificating on subjects you have no business expounding on'?
Anyway all the clues are there if he is clever enough to understand, you cannot spoonfeed an intelligent adult as much as you might like to......or it tends to get their back up, which is counter productive.
You of all people should know that.....boom boom.

Bruv;1441453 wrote: How can we 'punch his lights out' when we 'shouldn't be pontificating on subjects you have no business expounding on'?That, I see as the reason you don't take advantage of TD's glaring misconceptions. It's obviously not a subject you guys are familiar enough with. That's all.
Bruv;1441453 wrote: Anyway all the clues are there if he is clever enough to understand,Clues, what clues? For what purpose? Just simply say whatever it is you intend to and let that be it. Put the information out there. Bruv;1441453 wrote: you cannot spoonfeed an intelligent adult as much as you might like toWhat does this mean? Spoon feed information? That's my point - offer information by highlighting the misinformation and correcting it. But none of you are doing that. Why not if you're knowledgeable of the subject matter?Bruv;1441453 wrote: ......or it tends to get their back up, which is counter productive.Counter productive in what sense? If you think you're going to change TD? Yes, I agree that's a nonproductive exercise and a waste of time. He obviously is convinced by the right wing information he reads and wants all that to be true. Otherwise, he'd be critical minded of it and do research instead of just swallow and regurgitate what he reads. That's a common denominator of the tea bag mindset, apparently.

That had to be said because this thread has become agonizing to read.
I'm sure I've offended all three of you. Sorry, but you shouldn't be pontificating on subjects you have no business expounding on. Not one of you have offered even the slightest valid reasoning or justification for anything you've posted. It's pitiful. .
It hadn't up until you posted that, if you'll excuse me offering an opinion on the matter. It was quite genial up till then. Not sure what three you are feferrong to but who are you pontificate - to tell someone they have no business expounding on subjects they find interesting? We all live in free countries not least because the authority of the pontiff has been thoroughly rejected, but that's a different debate perhaps., but also because of an innate desire and willingness to tell any person that says we have no right to voice an opinion exactly what they can go away and do.
If someone doesn't agree with you it doesn't make them idiots - could be they are ill-informed or quite simply hold to a belief that in your opinion does not stand up to close examination but if they were idiots it's unlikely they would be able to read and write and even less likely to be on a forum like this. I would take this to your I'm offended thread but frankly I can't be arsed.

Why pick in TD? a case pot kettle black calling (rearrange as you see fit). I disagree with most of what TD says but the more I read his posts the more I have to organise my own thoughts to put a coherent argument, whatever else he might be he's not an idiot. Not sure about you (:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl sorry couldn't resist) It's boring talking to people who share your own opinions - discord and discourse that's the meat and two veg of the intellect. Or we could get clubs and beat each other over the head.

What you mean is you can't come up with a reasonable counter argument and present it in a manner that makes your point well. That's OK though I often have the same problem.

Unless of course you can add to the topic in hand.
Discussing the poster's linguistic limitations is NOT adding to the subject.
If you would like to talk about the educational standards of our relative countries, start a thread dedicated to that.

If you keep throwing the dummy out the pram after a while people just stop picking it up. Basically you're talking a load of bollocks and seem to be incapable of civil discourse. I'm sorry you feel we are not your intellectual equals but it's rather hard to come down to your level.

ahso what's your main point in this thread . All I've seen from you so far has been all about telling people they are wrong .
