That's true enough, Lars. Doesn't say much for our 'social development, does it? Who wants to live forever, anyway? I'd rather 'stand up and be counted', even if I can't hope to influence much.

It's WW1 armistice day tomorrow (11 November). The day the armistice was signed (11th hour, 11th day, 11th month). These days, they have Rememberance Day on the preceeding Sunday, if 11/11 doesn't fall on a Sunday. We always have 2 minutes silence in our house at this time.
