How are you tonight...well, I hope:-6 I'm doing great tonight. I was planning to drive up north after work today for a birthday party. It was postponed due to all the heavy rain that we're having tonight. I'm delighted that I can just come home and relax on the FG and talk to me mates:p

Just found out that I've been made the "Social Director" for the Pub Nutter's Hotel. Huummmmmm....It'll be tough working 2 jobs, but fun working at the Hotel.

Huummmmmmm....have to have a look around for a place to hide a key to the hotel for anyone who wants to crash. Which I may do tonight after having too many Mexican Chocolate Martinis:wah: Think I'll look for the flower pot that Aussie Pam brought over from the Rogues...sure she and Okie won't mind. Be back later with the recipe and the flower pot....

Okie, Pam and I were members of the "Virtual Irish Pub" for many, many years.We were called the "Rogues" and had lots of Roguery fun. Pam is also my friend in real life:-6

Here's the recipe:

"Mexican Spicy Chocolate Martini"

ngredients:

2 ounces Chocolate Vodka (3 Olive)s

1/2 ounce Chocolate Liqueur

1/4 ounce Mocha Liqueur

1/4 ounce Cinnamon Schnapps

Directions:

Rim chilled martini glass with cinnamon and sugar

Pour over ice, shake, strain and serve

Optionally top with chocolate drizzle or shavings

The flower pot will add a nice touch!

Yes, Pam is an awesome friend and a wonderful and lovely person. She's visited me in Noo Joisey, and we've met in New York and had some fun adventures.

We had Singapore Slings too. but now I almost always get Margaritas.Love them.Well, I dont know if you count coke and four roses. That wasa actually my first. A friends aunt made them and we all went dancing. I can still recall that night well. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a cavernous wine cellar that I installed in the Hotel. I can also duplicate it at the pub.....this way we can have some yummy and delish wines.....

I'll have it constructed downstairs this weekend....This is what it will look like.... we can have some wine tasting parties there....

Yes Ma'am! Horses are already trained and ready to ride! I see no problem with you using them, just make sure the insurance is up to date for the guests riding them, so the Chief doesn't flip out!

We're up to date with the insurance policies.....My friend works for State Farm so we're insured to the hilt...we're in good hands:wah:
