Hi Kaz. Romy is 23. And yes, she has started the job. And how. Within her first two weeks she was to launch a new MTV channel. I think that happens tomorrow your time, so all systems go. Hard when she's also struggling with a foreign language, but she also dropped already into our phone conversation a few very impressively Parisian phrases, perfectly accented. What it is to be 23!!!! Well I'm only 29, but my blonde brain has lost a bit of its earlier um elasticity. Of course what one lacks in youthful delectability, one more than makes up for in stylish eccentricity, wit and general goddessness.

Lol...ere Pam i actually turned off FG to do me barnet but then Chris wanted me to burn onto a disc a fab CD i bought by Joe Longthorne.........ok his old news but my God has that man got an incredible voice and I just love the CD I bought last week.So I thought Id come back here an be nosey.........goodness this place is addictive:wah: and I REALLY must do me hair lol.........gawd Im so glad you cant see me at the mo.......even the dolls are looking at me with a weird look:wah:.I have made so many friends who come from Oz .....Kay being one of my oldest friends on the internet. Actually at one time we all used to meet on MSN and I was the only English rose there lol........now Im more like an old thorn :-5.I know where you went wrong on that road lol and its easily done.To park in Colchester is a nightmare so I dont bother going there now.Must say yer a brave girl driving with all those ghosties about!!!!:rolleyes:xx

Well I am all ready for the xmas party.....decided to wear a black t shirt with big gold writing on it that says......I'M JUST HERE FOR THE FREE DRINKS :yh_rotfl

Straightened my hair put a bit of lippy on and my posh frnch perfume and will be off soon.

I've heard of people doing their block, but not doing their barnet. Barnet being as far north as you can get in London, and you, Carolly, having admitted to being a Cockney.. I now interpret doing a barnet as making yer hair rise up like Marge Simpsons, due north, and possibly blue. Heck, I'm an accepting kinda person and can probably cope with that..... :sneaky:

Just had a lovely day. Swam twice. And the sea was beautiful, cool, and salty. This time, no little black fin arrived to give me heart failure - that was a fairy penguin last time, there's a little colony of them at Manly.

I wondered if Kaylene was originally English and transplanted. But probably not. Where are you from in Oz?

Hi there Pam....at the moment I live out west in Penrith. My sister lives in Canberra.

I feel Ill, shakey, nervous and all the rest.....why.........well went to our xmas party today and my bestest friend was there and we made arrangements that she would come to my place later in the arvo and exchange xmas gifts. Anyhow she didnt turn up, which is very unusual for her. Later near tea time I tried to ring her home and it was engaged.....I have been trying now for 4 hours so decided to try her mobile......cant get her o n that either.......this is very unusual....I feel there is something really badly wrong.

I know I wont sleep tonight worrying and I cant go around to her place cause I have had a few drinks so cant drive. I just hope its not bad news but my gut is telling me different.

I don't know Penrith, but have had a couple of awesome little breaks at the Hopewood spa, Wallacia, dragged there by my red haired sister. Bell birds!!!!!

So sorry you're worried. It's probably nothing. My cell phone ran out of battery unexpectedly today and my family all freaked out. Hopefully it's just something like that. Sending thoughtwaves, anyway!!

Morning Girls

Another cold day here, had a stack of chores I needed to do but alas my kids have come down with a nasty cold and are in my bed watching sky tv and surfing the net on my laptop. Little one is asthmatic too so always gets it bad. They have been dropping like flies in their school so I was expecting it lol..

Lovely to see aussiepam and lemo joining in here.

Heres a pic of Carolly in her chalet at Butlins enjoying a quick aparateef:wah: while Chris is sprucing up his bits:wah:

Na PC......Im off to good old Butlins on Sunday for Xmas PC.........first time Ive ever been away for Xmas and soooooo looking forward to it.I went there for a few days earlier in the year and was well impressed.
