-mixture will sit for an hour in the fridge, then I will roll out 40 balls and put on cooking sheets, and freeze overnight.

tomorrow, melt the chocolate and dunk them, if I can do it right this time!:-5:-5

whew, have rolled them into 40 balls, placed on parchment paper and put them in the freezer, hardest parts are over!

tomorrow, will melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and dunk them, they will then return to freezer for a day, hope you are enjoying seeing me sweat!:yh_rotfl

you can also use a roasting pan, boil the water, take off the stove, then put a really heavy pan or bowl in....just be sooooooo careful not to get any water in the chocolate chips, if so, they are ruined!:-5:-5:-5

sometimes the toothpicks fall off, just scoop up the ball with a small spoon.

remove balls from freezer only when chocolate is ready.
