It's the study of attributes given to each planet and how they coincide with a person's time of birth.
If you don't know how astrology works, then does'nt that prove that astrology is not scientific. Science is based on theories right?
Science is based on theory and hypothesis. Not knowing how astrology works doesn't necessarily make it unscientific. It could be very scientific, just that the person doesn't understand it. But I think generally speaking that scientists don't consider astroligy a real science.
So what is astrology? Is it more than sun signs?
It's moon signs, decanates, planet signs and far more stuff that is so complicated even I don't understand it.

I think it means the healing of bone. Osseous has to do with bones.
What is pseudarthrosis?
Pseudo means false. Pseudoarthrosis means literally "false joint." It's when bone fails to heal.

Actually it isn't Alaska, at around 663,275 square miles is well over twice the size of Texas at 268,580 square miles.

The T in T in the park came from Tennents - a mass-produced cooking lager, which is, God knows why popular with American tourists.

Young Guns #1 because I'm a nut about Billy the Kid and Emilio Estevez as well.

Good westerns are really hard to find and Young Guns 1 (not that crazy about 2) is probably one of the best IMO. It's not a classic western like say, Lonesome Dove, but it's good in its own right and has got about everything a great western needs.
When Billy the Kid tells Sheriff Brady to "reap the whirlwind" before he shoots him down, that's practically the best line in the whole movie.

I LOVE taking pictures!! Of all kinds of things but especially old buildings and their windows and doors and staircases. And flowers, birds, headstones, things that create mood. I don't know anything hardly about photography so I just wing a lot of it but I've come out with some very cool shots just the same. I have a Canon T-50 and I prefer black and white photography but I'll do color too. I'd like to try pinhole photography sometime but I'm not that advanced.
I like a lot of types of art. I don't know all the movements but I'm kind of partial to art nouveau for one. I think my favorite painters would be Waterhouse and Maxfield Parrish. My favorite painting though is by Andrew Wyeth and it's called "Master's Bedroom." It features a weimeraner type dog sleeping on his owner's bed. It's done in a lot of gray tones. It just appeals to me. I also like some of Joan Miro's work and Frank Lloyd Wright's stained glass designs. I could talk about art all day if given the chance.
Yes, I would love to visit Connecticut!

Yep. In light of recent events, I have to say I don't know any of these less intelligent people. I think collectively we're a pretty intelligent bunch.

I do think showing off one's wealth or genius is in bad taste and borders on snobbery. Snobbery itself is in bad taste. So is making an issue out of "trying to get people to think." As if people don't already. Maybe they do it because they don't fit in with the "lesser" crowd or maybe they don't care at all about that in which case I think they just get some sort of kick out of belittling others. Or perhaps their emotional/social/mental growth was stunted at a young age. Or perhaps they truly do think they are better than the rest.
