Oh I don't know what peed me off today...rather boring day....except for my neighbor who's been working on one window the entire day...idiot (hire a pro):wah:...I've had a really great day...went shopping, etc., ate lunch, making dinner, etc. Made homemade meatballs,,they do smell great...locatelli cheese always does the trick...:-4

Missed the flight home I was trying to get on.

Finding my vacuum cleaner pissed me off. Last year I was going to throw away an old upright vacuum cleaner. It still works fine. But I bought a smaller, lighter canister type I like better.

One of my sons said he wanted it. I said fine, get it out of here. He asked to leave it awhile because he was not going home from my place and didn't want to drag it around. A year later now and it's still in my closet.

One of my daughters said not to give him anything you want rid of. Every family member that has a house, garage or basement, is holding stuff for him. He'll accept anything you offer but then he'll leave it there. His own apartment looks like a cluttered warehouse. The guy throws nothing away. I guess he gets that from his mom, bless her heart. When we were still married, every empty spot in the house had to have something in it. It was sinful to have an area vacant of some piece of furniture.

So, this morning I looked at that old vacuum and just know it'll be with me until I croak.

Every year I buy a sack of praying mantis larva, hang it in a bush, 4 months later, I have hundreds of tiny ones!.........so cute that small.

They are great for gardens as they eat the bad bugs that eat our gardens.

If I see a spider out of his area......I move him to a safer location, they also eat the bad bugs.

reminds me of the old computer my daughter wanted that i had. it sat in a corner for over a year, a young neighbor of mine. who had helped with many outside duties. wanted a computer. i asked my daughter over and over to come get it. later mom was always her answer, well the young man never said LATER. about 3 weeks later she showed to get it OH WELL!! she was, let's just say P Oed. Well, there's this young "lady" who hates me and goes out of her way to insult me at every meeting. This morning I stopped at the supermarket. As I started up an aisle, there she was, passing by the end. She saw me and gave me the finger. Later I met her in another aisle. She gave my cart a kick and said FU as she passed.

So, I got in the check out lane right behind her. She tried to ignore me as she put her items on the counter. I remarked out loud on each item. "Sanitary napkins, must be that time of the month". "Bananas, them for eatin or fun"? Etc.

She finally snapped and threatened to have her husband deal with me. I told her I saw her husband and ask if the little weasel was sure he could whip an old crip.

After she stomped out I explained the situation to the cashier so I wouldn't get banned from that store.

I feel bad about why she hates me but can't change it now. When this girl was about 7 or 8 her mom had the hots for me. Her daughter really liked me too. I dumped her mom. Looking back, I wish I hadn't but, too late now.:-1

This is one of the most NEGATIVE threads on FG. It assumes that members will have something happen each day that PISSED them off. That's a real negative mindset in my view. I can't remember the last day that something pissed me off to the point I would even want to mention it, let alone post it to FG. Frankly, I think that those that get that easily pissed or let trivia

I use a flea collar on my dog. Never a flea to be found..ever!!!! I tried that costly stuff and found it really doesn't work. Doesn't repel at least.

I've used it for years and it was always marvellous. I did hear fleas were becoming immune to our flea prevention. I have tried collers but not found them as effective. I'll dose them again and if it carrie's on, i will have to think again.
