No church today, canceled by snow. Boy, am I home and getting the work done this weekend!

Woke up to -16ºF (-26C) this morning. Sun is shining now and it's suppose to warm up the the mid teens today. Heat wave!

As long as the wind isn't blowing, it isn't too bad! Very crunchy walking on the snow in temperatures like this though.

It's 27F, feels like 7F, but the sun is shining and melting the little snow that we got last night:-6

It has been cloudy and foggy almost the entire month. So sick of it. Need some sun!!

the nights are drawing out a bit now which i love................ just hate the mornings when its light at 5am cos the dog thinks its time to be out and about and dosnt understand MY need to stay in bed a little longer :rolleyes:

Time to shovel. It's worth it to cover the dog in flakes, play ( the first decent snow FINALLYf) and for the HotChoco reward!

partly sunny, 49. might get a winter mix Thurs. but sounds like it will be farther north. so more then likely, chilly and MORE RAIN:( BUT!!!! some of my spring bulbs are starting to shoot up out of their winter sleep. :-4 i can't wait to play in the DIRT again:)

it, being the snow is all gone now. but for south La. this was a BIG DEAL.:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl. i know, i know, i am from NW Indiana. I know what snow is. BUT, it has snowed here about 5 times the whole time i lived here. which is about 15 years:)

Apparently we're expecting flooding and rain fall of up to 100mm -180mm in some parts.

I think the fire season and possibly the drought is over. to think we were burning all over the place this time last year ...and this year we have floods. Ho hum.

I'm not sure if anyone advised you on how to download pictures from your cell to the net. I haven't done it yet...still learning how to use my phone.



I read this advice on the net....

You just need a cord that usually comes with your phone to connect it to the computer. If you don't have that cord you can buy one at Staples or Radio Shack. On one end it plugs into the computer and the other into your phone charger inlet. Just use it to load to the computer. You should try to post them on photobucket.

You can download the pics from your cell to "Your pictures" on your computer or to photobucket.com. I'm not sure if you use photobucket, but it is great for storing and uploading pictures.
