This morning I stopped at the grocery for a few things. All the check out lanes were busy except the courtesy counter. That's where you buy smokes, stamps or check out small purchases. A man was there paying for a case of beer. I got in line behind him, thinking he would be out in a sec. WRONGO. He paid for his beer, picked it up and started out of the line. Just as I stepped up, he hopped back in line wanting to buy some rolling papers. He paid with a big bill, started out, jumped back saying he didn't get the right change. That took more time and there were others piling up behind me. One fellow behind me told him to get his a** outa here while he still can. The druggie punk thought I said it and got in my face about it. My hand was on my can of mace in my side pocket when a manager came over and pulled the guy aside. Wish I coulda heard what he told the punk. I so wanted to mace him though.

Me too! I'm arguing with people I like, people that I considered to be friends, just because a couple of wierdo's took up residence and no-one took away the welcome mat! :-5

As a funny coincidence...at the back of our school there is a portacabin. It used to be used as the school library but now it is used for teaching the special needs children in. On the morning of the last day of term, one of the teachers went into the portacabin in the morning and found 2 tramps in there, sleeping under a rug! Apparently they had climbed over the school fence and broken the lock on the portacabin door to get in. The headmistress later joked that we were starting up a Bed & Breakfast in there!

It just reminded me of today. Two tramps break in and all hell is let loose. But then, they were allowed to stay for bed and breakfast! Obviously our headmistress had the right attitude. Get the community police in, let them deal with it and have them peacefully removed. What a good lesson that is. :-6

A horrible woman wanted to know how I feel about arboitevitum possumillius hydrangeas in zone 4 and asked very specific questions about nutrients how much water is too much water for this variety as well as other excruciatingly painful questions even though it was abundantly clear my eyes were glazed over, brain matter was leaking from my ears as well as foam dripping down the corners of my mouth.

A very selfish and self absorbed woman that will probably burn in hell for all of eternity for ruining my life with her incessant, meaningless and endless inquiries.

She raked me over the coals and left me questioning my ability to ever ask another if I may assist them.

Well, i have been up all night. I can not go into details as enquireys are pending but my lovely Turkish friends were beaten up last night in their shop and the windows caved in. Two people have been arrested but that's all i can say.

They just do not deserve this. People get drunk, go to the take-away for food and then become rascist to the staff. My poor friend says she can no longer feel safe in this country and is distraught.

We got that in my town only it's white folks being the victims. Mexicans have taken over followed closely by asians and blacks. All you gotta do is read the arrest report in the newspaper to prove what's happening.

I know you have your immigrations problems there also Hops. What's Obamarama doing about it??

The take-away is near the main school. He used to open at 3 pm when the kids came out of school. About two years ago, the staff were abused so much by these 'Kids' racially that he started opening at 4.30 in the afternoon. The very kids who abused them then came in and complained they had no-where to go to get take-out food in the area. They didn't think of that when they were making his life hell did they?

He's had his windows kicked in, been abused and threatened so much over the past 12 yrs that he is on the brink of shutting up and moving back to Turkey. If he does and the take-away shuts down, the very people who abuse him will be the one's to complain that they can't get a take-out in the area.

His wife is my best friend and not long since had a mis-carraige. I was deeply ashamed of my country when she said she did not feel safe living here any more. The joke is, they came here for a better life. She had to stand there and watch her husband being hit and unable to help. When the staff went to help, they got beaten up also. The police are coming back later to photograph all of their injuries.

What right do these people have to go into a family business where they are just trying to earn a living and do that to them? :-5

Last night someone walked into my neighbor next door's small shed. The neighbors forgot to lock the shed and 2 new bikes were stolen, the others weren't as they had flat tires. They must have done this late at night.

The neighbor's kids were riding the bikes during the day, and anyone could see them in their yard as they walked down the street.

What also bothers me about this is that our yards are attached and I sit in my yard at all weird hours when there's a sky show. Imagine them robbing the shed with me sitting not too far away...scary sh$t.

It is indeed scary Odie, This is the 2nd summer that we've had breakins near me. There is a wealthy town close to me. This summer they're getting a lot of breakins in the homes along the bay....

Police haven't caught the dirty skites yet.....I'll rejoice when they do:sneaky:
